1) Before filling advance the
     piston (pump) by turning
    the bottom knob to the
    left (Anti Clockwise)

2) Dip the nib to its full length
    in the ink and fill the ink
    slowly and evenly by turning
    the knob (clockwise) to the
    right till it's stopping point

3) Wipe the nib with a soft cloth
    (not tissue)
